Those are just placeholders that use the same dialogue from the original trilogy, not actual H-scenes requests in the castle that we'll be getting with Patch 2.20.

If you read the dialogue in Eden's placeholder for instance, it's the exact same text used in her Chapter 3 rape scene (after she merges with the Heaven Gate). This wouldn't make much sense if it was the actual request scene in Paradox since she can't merge with the gate in the first place.

Same goes for Illias; her three placeholders are the handjob from Chapter 1 (after you get 50 evaluations), cowgirl from the alternate Chapter 2 ending, and vaginal from Chapter 3, respectively. And meanwhile for Alice, all nine of her placeholders are just the rape scenes from Chapter 1 to 3 (in-between intermissions, losing to her in the Chapter 2 final fight, etc).

Most of the dialogue for re-used H-scenes are but they generally have different lines to start them off and they almost always begin with Luka begging the companion "お、お願い……" (P-Please...) or some other banter (like Alice telling Luka to go cook something for her in her room, etc).

But not in any of these cases. In all of these placeholders, they reference events that never happen in Paradox. For instance, one of Illias' placeholders has her in her White Rabbit-infused form from Chapter 3 and she specifically talks about not letting him reincarnate by raping him for all eternity. It would make zero sense for her to say that stuff if the placeholder was the actual request scene, nor would it be placed alongside her existing Pocket Castle requests in RPG Maker's Common Events list.

The other thing that makes it obvious that they're placeholders is that all of the characters in these scenes use their old portraits instead. Illias' scenes for instance, use the old portrait (by frfr) instead of akazawa RED's adult Illias which already has its own set of portraits.

Again, keep in mind that the Granberia/Alma Elma rape scenes are an example of where the old portraits are available but were replaced with their new ones even with the old CG being shown.

The old character CG can be in Paradox's files but that doesn't mean that they'll be used at some point in the game (or ever). Just like how none of these placeholder scenes are the real deal either since they're just exactly that, placeholders that will be replaced eventually.

I'm guessing you're not using 2.02? If not, congratulations, you hit one of the only bugs that 2.02 fixes that I couldn't. Apparently if you get to Queen Alraune and rather than fight her, you go off and do something else, you get stuck. You just need to apply the patch to version 2.02, copy over your save, and you'll be good to go.
