Here are my thoughts.
I was overall very pleased with the way things turned out. The fact that it was 3-3 going into what was supposed to be warzone I honestly disn't expect, nor did anyone I talked to that was willing to predict. Going forward, there are definitely some balance issues that we can work out, but for now I can only congratulate blue team on their hard fought victory.

I'll just say that what happened in the end there was a real shame. I think with things being so close people got really into it, understandably, and I think there was a lot of unnecessary aggression and shenanigans on both teams, and while I understand the arguments made by both, I personally accept the blame. I should have done my homework on the custom game Warzone match and how it works and I was clearly unprepared, so I'm sorry for that. I do think it's unfortunate that it left the night with a bit of a sour taste in what was otherwise going rather well. Still though, it came down to literally one kill and that's pretty awesome. It literally couldn't have gotten any closer. If we went back and played that last match again, the result could have been different. But we can't go back, so the results sticks.

Going forward, we definitely will have to address the balance of things. Originally I had planned to keep most players on the same teams and only make slight changes, but after hearing a lot of feedback, maybe it's better to make more drastic changes after every time we do this so we don't get too obsessed with our team nationality and circlejerk mentality. Or maybe only slight changes do need to be made. This is something that can be discussed later on. I also am going to take a look at the game clips to ensure that the reason given for a major teammate switch after game 4 checks out, although as of now I have no reason to suspect lying.

Lastly, anyone that got kicked by me, it wasn't personal. You all got invites and once the lobby was full I had to keep things the same.

We weren't utilizing our vehicles, the warthog sat there half the match untouched. If I could get over my retarded social issues I probably would have been making a big stink about it. In the end I only participated in 2 runs with other people in a vehicle and they both ended horribly, we were getting destroyed before we could get over to the other side. I would say the best determanent of the difference in team skill was the first match where blue won by about 10 kills.
And I think that makes sense. That's a 20% advantage and in objective games like griffball or CTF that is absolutely enough of an advantage to sweep.
Theresfore I don't believe a major team change is necessary, probably just one solod player from blue going over to red. Probably Muffin or Droid.

Those are the things I will be looking for and expect to find when I look through the game footage.
I was not told to boot him because he was just playing the game poorly or not playing a certain way someone else was telling him to. When players who are not elite get yelled at by everyone else and have pressure put on them, theu do stupid things. Literally anyone that plays halo knows this, and that is not the reason I booted him. We had plenty of that on our team after all. It's something that happens. I booted Wall because a case was being made that he was "intentionally sabotaging" his own team by watching kills happen while standing still and on a number of occasions killing his own team mates in non-accidental ways. I didn't boot him because he simply wasn't playing up to someone's standards.

Okay all in all this was great fun. The fact that it was so close in the end is for the best even when I was caught up in the moment of losing by one.
I would love for a tournament like this to happen at least once a month.

That being said, I'll give me opinion on all the games.
1st game: red lost due to losing control of all the vehicles. Also didn't help I didn't get into my teams party chat until after the game.
2nd game: blue boys can't jump.
3rd game: BLUE BTFO can't even deny it.
4th game: incredibly intense and fun, sucks that someone on blue dc'd
5th game: Red BTFO
6th game: Red lost because we didn't have a solid game plan until our flag had been scored twice and by that time we couldn't get a footing.
7th game: incredibly close game marred by autistic screeching about colors. (Orange was the best color to pick to blend into the map, and even then I didn't have a problem seeing you.)
