Depends for what. For Redman as a support, maybe a Kaleido, Imaginary Number Magecraft or an LB Ley line. See the problem here is that you're using berserkers. With 40AP dailies you need to have a team that can stay alive for a few turns under fire. This means you need to bring in types that specifically counter the enemies (so for today, an ideal team would have casters and sabers), and you need to start using support characters rather than simply attack to win.

Carmilla is one of if not the best Assassin at the moment and will absolutely delete any female enemies you come across with her NP. Since she has Vampirism, if you had a starting NP booster it's easy to get it ASAP.

Liz's NP is AOE but does rather poor damage, as a tradeoff she has pretty good stats and also Charisma. Once she gets her strengthening quest she'll superpower your waifus with something like a 40% damage boost, so she's better for making a team with as opposed to Carmilla.
