I had the same issue and decided on Herc. I put Tamamo in the front line to hit her NP and after she gets killed, I line up Herc to come right in and clean up. If Altera for some reason gets taken out before Tamamo, then I have two Zerkers spamming Buster all day.

I got my results from this gacha (3 gils, 4 Lancelots, 6 Atalante, Kaleido) from single rolling exclusively. 10 rolling gives you a better chance at event craft essences though, I guess.

Except nigh on every Assassin generates Stars much more efficiently and doesn't die in 2 hits. The one really good thing about Lancelot is his NP, the problem is you will only ever get it off if you slap a Kaleido onto him since his NP gen is among the absolute worst in the game.
