I also 5*'d a neutral olivia when I had an azura. It's pretty convenient having an option between a red and a blue dancer since it gives you more team comp options. Tho, it's more of a luxury than a necessity, so I'd only do it if you already have a comfortable spread of 5*s.

She's fast and has decent Atk. Since she's naturally fast, combined with 15 Mt Firesweep+ she actually hits a very respectable tier of damage while doubling and not having to worry about her counterattacks. Life and Death 3 compound her offensive options while decreasing her already shitty defenses (that she won't have to deal with on counterattacks) and minmax her threat.

Then you slap a Hit and Run or Dragback on B Slot to make her fly out of range after she kills her target. This is especially valuable because she's a Flier and can ignore terrain, allowing for greater avenues of escapes. She's not my favorite Lance user but she's pretty good if you want to use her.

I might have exaggerated her defenses but the point still stands. You're typically going to want to run a -Def/Res/HP nature on her and putting a Life and Death on her A Slot really does tank her defensive stats.

Like I said, there are better units than her. But I didn't make any pretensions over her being an OP unit or anything. A LnD Firesweep build is pretty good on any unit with the Atk/Spd to make use of the combo. It's a pairing that gets a pretty high amount of kills regardless. At any rate, she's worth using, especially if you're putting her on a dedicated Flier team but if you're looking at things on a strictly feather/orbs value basis you can just pass on optimizing her unless you just really like Catria.
