Farming mobs on a regular basis in a healing spec sucks, obviously tho with better gear it'll be easier. You'd be much better off farming herbs/ore and turning it into pots or gems. If you do end up rolling priest I'd recommend not getting tailoring because of it. tbc mooncloth requires primal life in addition to cloth, spellweave and shadoweave need primal fire and shadow respectively. tho herbalists are practically rolling in primal life so maybe go herb/tailoring if you go down that route.
