I have 2 Bride Caedas that I've leveled up during the weekend to take advantage of double SP. I'm planning on merging them since her bouquet isn't really that useful and atk/res is not something groundbreaking that needs to be inherited.

Now comes the hard part: One is +atk/-spd, the other one is +res/-def

Can the +atk be useful with that shit as fuck IV? I'm leaning towards using the +res one since sit might be useful for dueling other mages and she already has shit def, on the other hand she is speedy enough that a -spd bane doesn't seem to be affecting her that badly at 34 spd, one darting blow inherited and she'll be back to doubling most of the cast. What would you guys do?

How is this Tempest already worse

The first tempest had as 40% bonus units the best Falchion user in the game, an amazing blue mankete, the best red mage in the game, and a decent blue mage you probably already had because he's a 3* base around since the launch of the game.

This one has as 40% bonus units the worst Falchion user in the game, the worst green mage you can pull outside of maybe Merric, a decent blue mage you probably don't have because she's a 4* base added in two months ago, and an unusable archer only worth anything for her bow

Boey 4* is the only unit I have for the Tempest trial but my other high rarity units are mages as well (reinhardt and tharja). Am I doomed to run tempest with boey+reinhadt+tharja combo? Who should be the fourth unit for this kind of team?

I also have sharena but I would lose that 20%, which is probably gonna be a lot since I can only clear lower difficulties.

I rolled a -atk Faye on her original banner. I slapped a GTomebreaker on her and she carried my arena team back then against the Nino and Julia-infested arena. Could even tank fully buffed BCamilla with a res buff.

Assuming that 4* Tobin will be 6000 point reward, how easy is to get that amount if I have a somewhat lacking team and probably won't play beyond normal difficulty?

I kind of regret spending 90 orbs to get Faye. At least she has fun builds with Poison Strike and I can give her bow to someone one day.

To be honest, this setup makes the most sense for me. The B slot debuffs your target, ensuring you're not screwed over if the only thing in range is also the top threat. A slot will ensure you double a lot of mid-speed characters, dragons and the 'fast' walls for quicker proc of Luna, which ensures consistent damage regardless of which enemy you're safe to target. It also means that a dancer would allow you to debuff and then double even the fastest characters in the game. The A slot also doesn't compromise your long-term survivability like Fury and L&D do, so you're at less risk attacking things you can't OHKO, and can take full advantage of the fact that your bow cripples enemy retaliation next turn.

I'd maybe use threaten speed as a C skill though, because that combines with the weapon debuff for -12spd, which would completely cripple any fast character.

I'll be honest here, Anna is going to be an asset. She has exactly enough speed and res to tank his initiation without being doubled. Being a cavalier, it'll be essential to draw him out with a bait unit, and once he's out of position you can dogpile him with physical melee since both his defense is low and he can't retaliate in melee. This is basically how you deal with reinhardt if you lack a green mage, but reinhardt's typically much harder to not die to thanks to Dire Thunder. Anna has the perfect skillset for tanking this guy, and since cavaliers cover so much of the map, and their AI forces them to engage if something's in range, you can easily use her to draw him way ahead of the rest of the enemy units.
