I know you're just messing with the poor anon, but I when I started up heroes I went in with this same idea, that my faves would never be added, then they added Olwen and I was shitting bricks trying to remain f2p, then the most unexpected shit happened, they made a banner of the game that almost killed FE, and it had fucking katarina to boot, my friends were surprised I put $50 in the game for her because they never knew she was one of my favorites, I just never mentioned her because I never expected her to get into the game realistically.

My point is, don't expect anything from heroes, use the chars you like and maybe one day your faves will get in, staying with heroes isn't hard anyway, you can always drop the game anytime and don't feel bad about it

Well, it's not his worst IV either, you're dropping from 24 to 21, not enough to get doubled by red hard hitters like Seliph, Chrom and Alfalfa (base 25 and 24), and neutral isn't enough to make red mages aside from Sophia and Henry not double your (Raigh has 29 speed), in return you get to tank blue and green mages better, Neutral Cecilia still doesn't double you with base 25.

I know you think spd is good and all, but it's only worth when it actually protects you from getting doubled by actual threats, The speed tier is so low it doesnt make a difference almost everytime (unless some madman runs +spd Chrom or Seliph)
