Yes it's the same content wise. I have the EU Vita physical and I'm on a NA account. Online is cross region between EU and NA too. No clue about JP though.
You will miss out on a minor DLC that's pretty much just re-colours of other characters though but that's not a big deal.
Also note that the code for the free GE:R is for EU regions only so you can't use that for a NA copy of it.

I just found this short anime of SSD here.

It doesn't seem to be very canon though. The circumstance of how Sortiara goes is different.
They made it a three way thing between main character, and what looks to be Kalem, and some cute girl from Sancturarium who isn't in the game.

Whereas in the game it's more the legend of Arthur, a bromance between Arthur and Merlin cleansing the world.

Kicking is the same in BG2, but some characters have an uppercut instead, and the boxes you have to kick to open you just have to press O on instead of R+O.

Mary Skelter is the only one to consider, the other 3 are must buys. Provided you like the genres, of course.

Personally I think MS is a pretty decent game. The art and characters are top notch and the story is pretty decent. The only problem I had was unneccesarily large maps and the combat system being a little off (for me). The 3D animation / modelling is nice though.

And yeah I would add Utaware 3 as well.

DT2 probably has the best gameplay objectively, but it's only really enjoyable if you like the genre. It has a demo, but it only shows the raw gameplay flow instead of the later class mechanics that make it good.

A bit late, but I think both Psychedelica games might be interesting even if you're not into boys. They're relatively short with not much romance and a great story. Both are connected in some points, but the main cast is entirely different, same with the place and time they're set in.
Both of them first make you play the true ending and after that the individual routes. There's generally hardly any romance, even in the individual routes.
First one is about the cast being stuck in a mansion full of monsters without memories.
Second one is about a small snowy town split into two opposing factions, set in the past. In this town it is believed that if a girl with red eyes gets born she has to be killed as she is a witch. MC crossdresses to protect herself as her eyes turn red sometimes, pic related.

And as the main audience is NA, dub always comes first. That's just how the cookie crumbles. I think it's slightly faster paced and good if you perfer a modern setting. Otherwise the same game.

It's ok, hate to bring this up but it has some persona elements such as raising certain stats. Like virtue. Kou is a run of the mill protagonist, the battles are action based so if you don't like turn based battles TX has that as a plus.

I've been thinking about that Morph thing. we should use that more often with Arm spells so we can baseball each other.

I have a question though. You know the Seastone slow down the whole map, right?
But it doesn't affect feather evasions.
Do you know if it affect Morph spells?
Do you know if it affect the boss?

Since the Seastone can boost the damage of the Ice Morph.
If it additionally slows down the Archfiend as well as doesn't affect the Ice Morph, it could potentially be an over powered.

I don't know if it affects morph since I wasn't using morph spells when you tried it but I do think it affects the boss. I'm almost sure there's a sigil that negates the effects of time related powers on players so if we had it equipped we'd be unaffected by the slowdown.

Normally I have always used evasion feathers to negate everything.
The Seastone, the Gravity, desert wind, all of it is completely trumped by feather spell.

But if the Ice Morph attack mechanism functions like Evasion, it would be really powerful.
