Something with +Def unless you're hellbent on running Panic Ploy on her, in which case +HP should do. Speed should be the bane since she gets doubled by everything and with suitable defense buffs can take 0x2 to render that irrelevant. -res is also a usable bane since while she can sometimes survive couple blue hits, ones from Rein or blade tomers will blow her up regardless.

I dunno about that. Having Clarisse do it means that same unit will also get -5 Atk/Spd, and for Bladetomes, completely removes their Tome Buff (cav, armor, flier only get +1). It also means it takes any unit that needs 100% of its health out of range, too.

Silver Lance is usually not preferred compared to Killer/Brave Lance, but it's still the highest mt basic lance, and you can run Moonbow fine with it if you're fast enough to double things. The only moderately useful pegasus that's really desperate to get rid of their base weapon though is probably Est.

Literally the only character Conomore talks about and shows affection towards is Miranda (he is loyal to her and basically the only thing he does in the story is trying to save her). Then you have their endings:

''Conomor quit being a knight and retired to a small village on the outskirts of Alster, where he quietly lived the rest of his days.''

Note it says ''certain'' knight, implying it's someone we know. Compare this to Olwen's ending for example, where it just mentions ''an ordinary man''

Of course it's nothing conclusive, but as I said, in the Fire Emblem world, if there's no conflicting info or other reasonable explanation, I'd say this is enough.

I don't get that impression. As you can see in that ending, Conomore retires to a village on the outskirts of Alster whereas Miranda 'disappears', implying she moves elsewhere.
Olwen x Fred is implied through Fred's ending as it says he married " a young woman who was his commander, but their ages were so far apart that he was constantly teased about it."

Conomore is dedicated to Miranda but it seems more like a dedication to his country than a romantic interest. His death quote is
