Do you guys know any mod that fixes the levelled list in oblivion without adding new items or changing the environement ?

Blogpost here, but after 5.5 years I have finally completed Skyrim's main questline. Ive had 2 level 70 characters, a 60, a 50, a couple 40s, 5-10 level 30s, and uncounted level 10 build experiments. Never before have I slayed Alduin which was a fairly underwhelming battle.
Until this character, I also had never completed any faction questline besides the dark brotherhood. Now Ive done them all. Before now I have also never been a thane of any hold besides Whiterun. Never finished the civil war. Never got far into any other guild. All this, without mods on xbox. I have some appointments with the dragon priests, and then Solstheim awaits. Its been a good journey.

is """buying""" this game worth it, if i plan on actually playing it, and not just masturbating to crudely modded waifus?

Enemies raise the same in difficulty whether you gain 3 points or 15 every level. That was the biggest problem woth the idea, every tom dick and harry could take their mod and hide it behind a 10$ bill. That no longer exists, no previously made content will be allowed on CC. For example, Trainwiz can't pull WoL off nexus and put it on CC.

Obviously it's still paying for mods, but it's not the same as what happened before (referenced constantly as paid mods). It's just lazy communication.

I require aid in making Character Behaviours Enhanced work in my game.
It seems that the mod is working in first person. I am able to jump, charge my bow and shoot it all at the same time, but in third person the jumping animation is vanilla one and it makes my character incapable of shooting unless I'm not jumping.

I never played the vanilla skyrim (I only played it to Whiterun), and I just bought Skyrim in the sale and downloaded a modpack which has Alternative Life.

From my research, the mod's main quest is very similar to the main quest of the game, but it skips the early part of vanilla Skyrim.

How much am I missing out? Should I just start vanilla?

I'm only getting eyebrows distributed, and both brow mods structures say they're under actor > characters. Neither of my hair mods, however, are.

Irregardless, the debug file says the hairs aren't being picked up.

You mean Alternate Start - Live Another Life?
It allows you to skip the tutorial sequence and spawn in different parts of the map with different set ups ready for roleplaying.
The Main Quest is playable in it's entirety besides the tutorial so you shouldn't miss anything.
It also spawns your character in a dungeon from where you can safety play-test and configure in-game the different mods you have installed before you choose a place for the mod to spawn you on the world map, so it's pretty useful to me.

Nope. I found one or two pieces from Mimic monsters. It seems that the Dark Souls 2 Armor pack adds these few monsters around Skyrim, but they drop parts off of one set. I found one set when certain NPC was selling it.
I'll take a shot and say that the ones from regenbot and 9204honeybees do not get added into the leveled list and is only obtainable through a NPC or blacksmithing.

The nexus, where literally every single one of my recently updated mods does not require USLEEP lol. Frostfall, Vivid Weathers, Immersive Weapons, Armors, Creatures, all of the combat mods, etc...

I've only seen like 1 or 2 mods actually require the USLEEP patch, desu, which is why I opted to just stick with the old ones. I don't think a lot of mod authors are going to convert their mods over.
