Ok so here's how we solve problems with admins creating controversy over bus

>Once you get approved for regular adminship after being a trialmin you become a regular admin

>The game master position administrates but is also the title that is expected to actually do adminbus as in once the two hour mark hits if the round is basically extended you are now expected to create bus, with the option to do so earlier if you can actually justify what you're doing for situations where the chaplain or some similar player is doing a good enough job roleplaying an appeal to the gods and things like that
>Under no circumstances should you adminbus something that would clearly end the round before the two hour mark, and doing so after is somewhat discouraged if the round is going fine and people aren't clamoring for a shift change
>Prayermin position is removed, if you want the right to just dick with the round as an admin you have to earn it by proving you're also willing to enforce the rules and can go an extended period of time without acting like a shitmin
>Since good bus and bad bus are very subjective all complaints filed against game masters in response to one of their events must have at least some proof of incompetence or maliciousness on the game master's part

The first is the newbie who didn't set up all the working engines at least once.
You can teach them and help them if you want.
The second is the ones that can solo engineering and has enough experience to repair anything.
