Takahiro: In "Yuuki Yuuna"'s first episode, Fuu mentioned that they were "it." This is the story of those who didn't become "it", the hero candidates from all over the country.
[Apart from Kusunoki Mebuki, what kind of girls will make their appearance?]
There are actually quite a number of candidates. These girls are gathered at the Gold Tower in the story, but since we can't feature them all, we will only focus on four of them. One of them is Kusunoki Mebuki, the main character. By the way, Mebuki once competed with Miyoshi Karin for a complete hero system and lost to her. Please look forward to her connection with Karin!
[This project will be set in Kagawa Prefecture, as well?]
I already mentioned that it would be set near the Gold Tower, and we will use places around there as the stage for the work. Akashiro Aoi-san went location hunting to plan the story.
[Do you have a message to all the readers who are looking forward to the serialization?]
I believe her design will be revealed along with this, but I can say that Mebuki is a very cute girl, although she does have some quirks. It's a story about those who weren't chosen as heroes, so the girls that have gathered each have their bad habits - even in the Divine Era, where the sense of morality is strong. Please watch and find out what kind of mission awaits the girls once they learn the cruel truth about the world outside the wall. At the beginning of the story, Mebuki and the others "are not Heroes". Still, it's titled "is a Hero", just like the other parts of the series. Please look forward to see how the girls will do their best to become real heroes. There will be a miko, too!

I for one am very glad they're introducing another Tougou SSR, if there's one thing the game was lacking it's Tougou cards. I was just thinking I could do with another blue ranged unit and Tougou is quite under-represented in the current Yuusha pool, so it's nice they chose to prioritise her getting a second SSR over all the Yuushas who don't even have one yet.

Yeah, but the thing is that I have 40 to 70 crystals of every other color at this point, but I still can't upgrade most of my SSRs because yellows are limited to the handful you get from dailies every week.
I just thought it's odd that they wouldn't squeeze a yellow event in there, it's not like they didn't know the new SSRs would be green and purple when they decided the first event colors after all.

You can kind of guess what new yuushas are coming out based on fairies from the normal gacha. I got karin's fairy as purple and half a week later she appears as a purple unit with the event.

From my experience stuns are more likely when the Vertex is a lower rank than my Yuushas.
Also, it might be random but I feel like I see more stunned Vertex when I use my Tamako. Maybe that's her niche? All of her cards aren't that great...

I just checked, it seems to be triggered by crits.
Since crits happen more often the higher the yuusha rank relative to the vertex rank, it matches your observation.

There also seems to be code for skills with stun chance, but I don't recall seeing any yuusha with such a skill.

That's pretty cool I guess.
Here's the team I used, my friend was a level 99 Sonoko with SSR Wakaba support.

My strategy: I kept my own Sonoko and Anzu idle in the rear while Utanon kills the mobs and gains rank-ups. Within the first seconds of the stage a group of high exp Vertex will appear, use the extra gauge you get from SSR Wakaba to kill them with Utanon's hissatsu, this will instantly promote her to rank 5. She will basically crit everything after that. Now just let Utanon do her job, but make sure to give some high exp kills to the max level Sonoko to raise her to about rank 4. This way, her hissatsu will completely destroy the boss's first health bar. After that, just let all your yuushas focus the boss, use your hissatsus efficiently, make sure not to accidentally push the boss out of range with an ability and pray that it works out.

3*, I finally made it to ShiUYu hard now. I've noticed that fielding a perfect team doesn't matter all that much during 3* runs of many of the tough stages. Just having a strong crit machine (Utano/Karin in my case) and a massive nuke (the max level Sonoko) is 90% of the battle, the other two pairs are basically replaceable and just provide that last bit of extra damage.

According to the spreadsheet the next event is Seasonal Event: Sea bath starts at 1600 JST so in about 1.5hrs from this post. Reward is SR Chikage and Yuuna.

An hour after the event starts the banner will change to new Green SSR and Purple SSR Tougou and Tamako, but I'm not sure which is supposed to be which colour.

In other mobage event rewards are usually distributed after the maintenance that occurs after an event ends. Not sure if it'll be the same with this game. If I read that correctly, swimsuit Chikage's ability gives her pair a 12% attack speed buff for 30 secs after hissatsu, but her pair takes 515 more damage and the movement speed of all enemies is increased by 50%.
That last part might be a total game changer for time limit challenges.

I've been using Chikage a fair bit and she's a lot stronger than you guys think. Her attack has really good range and attack speed and it's AOE, which means she can sit in the middle and literally scythe through the entire Vertex army singlehandedly no matter how many come. And her hissatsu might not do much damage instantly but it buffs her attack speed so much she absolutely annihilates after using it, so good for when swarms of little Vertex are stopping your other units from hitting the boss. You just have to be careful not to let her die because of her low health and she can carry the entire fight for you.
