Is it just me, or is RDM really boring and one-dimensional to play? I really wanted to love this job but its spells are just so samey, and the melee combo is the same three buttons in the same order every time. I just hit 60 and it's already gotten old.

I could go on. 40-50 minutes of sheer hell. I don't know what happened, but that really made me lose all hope for everything and it just activated some crippling depression switch in me.
I've seen lots of this awful playing in lvl30-40 dungeons recently. It's like they level through some weird means and don't know how to play the game.
I had to quit and I can't log back in. Can't boot up any game without wanting to shoot myself in the head.
Just popped open a bottle of vodka, been chainsmoking since that little episode.
I can't do this anymore lads. I think I just lost all willingness to play any online game ever.
I was very patient. I always have been. Tried to guide people and this is my reward at the end of the day.
I think I'll just go buy some rope tomorrow. Goodbye friends.

What the fuck did they do, I used to play DRK and WAR but it feels like the balls on both those classes were removed. Asking my FC if it gets any better at 70 and its a resounding "Not really", playing these guys and holding aggro feels like a fucking chore and not nearly as fun as it used to be. Now I'm in fucking DPS Q for 30 minutes at a fucking time, if im lucky.

It's mostly about getting your name out there or giving people a reason to like your art. Do a lot of fan art for a specific game/genre, take requests from people in threads, post on tumblr a lot, that sort of thing ? I don't really have a good idea myself since Rin has been trying to figure it out. It can also be difficult with all of the other artists out there trying to do the same.

For commission prices I would look around what other people are charging, and then go a bit less than that because you aren't as well known. It's best to start lower and work your way higher as you're more recognized and desirable I think.

PotD is still the fastest until 60. One shatter match will gave maybe a fourth of what a 51-60 will and the queues aren't instance. Post 60 when PotD's XP stops scaling PvP is definitely better though.

I just spilled my drink on my controller (wireless 360) and now every time I alt tab to FFXIV, it either zooms in/out or unmount.

Anyone knows if it may be due to some random function glitch? I can still use the left stick to sheath/unsheath but the right one doesn't zoom in/out anymore.

SAM is THE big dick DPS that MNK wished it was in 3.0. It brings no utility but the damage it has makes up for that.

As a 3.0 DRK main I felt like they fucking destroyed it pre-70. I was pretty damn upset with how they neutered any sort of complexity and turned it into 2.0 PLD but Blackest Night is a very good skill. Fun, satisfying to use and rewarding too. Any time I'm syncd down I still want to kill myself because it's so braindead though. Bloodspiller and TBN also made DRK by far the best tank stance damage of the 3 (lmao who tanks in stance).

Technically all the tanks are fucked because the new tank damage calculation gutted their damage and technically WAR and DRK are fucked because PLD is so much better than them that double PLD might be viable.
