You should be running Raigeki or even Dark Hole over Lightning Vortex. Soul Charge cucks you out of your own battle phase wich is bad since you want to OTK if I'm not mistaken. Upstart delays your OTK so take that out too. A single Zwei won't do anything for you either. Dark Bribe is also a wierd choice, add solemns or Quaking Mirror Force if you want some protection.

They were a cool concept. They look like they were designed to turbo out Xyz monsters with good offense and defense, but they made the deck too slow and inconsistent for that. So people just sit on Yamato and lose since Kaiser Colosseum is banned. You can do some cool players with Brilliant Fusion and Hiruko, but that will all die once links come out.

It's because Bujins aren't even good at it. They can't do anything unless they open Yamato, so the only reason they were good at all was because Kaiser Colosseum was a stupid card that made the opponent's deck as bad as theirs. Bujin should have revolved around the Xyz monsters instead of Yamato, but they never got any 1 turn play starters.

Because they turned Yuzu into a damsel in distress halfway through the show. Her duel with Sergei was her last full duel, and after that the only duel she was involved in at all was the one where Sora showed up and OTKed everyone with Fusion Death Waltz. Prophecy is a super-slow stun deck that relies on smart resource management (and a little luck) to ensure that you've always got the right Spellbooks on hand. Fate is still one of the best removal cards.
Madolche are very combo centric and look cute as fuck. Tiaramisu's removal is arguably ewen better than Fate.

However both decks brick harder than Monarchs so be prepared for that if you try them.

Without TK or diagram on hand they are really slow and sometimes thats suicide. The idea was to use Dragon Shrine or Ravine to get an extra dragon on the field though Darkwyrm's grave effect. Shrine also lets me run max copies of pic related (the duo carries the deck atm) since you can just send wyvernbuster to make him live.

Now with DDDoD, he can recycle himself while also not being allure fodder once drawn. This pretty much makes him better than Darkwyrm barring the less frequent rank 4 plays.

Quad D is pretty good outside of Vullets since he can do some filthy stuff with AFD in decks like Spyrals.

Yes, I am aware. Still used as fodder for Astrograph. Clear Wing doesn't always happen while White Wing can be dumped with Timestar. And the occasional Synchro or Xyz play still can happen with it, since unlike Harmonizing, it can be SS'd from the ED.

Pulse and Pit are there for their scale effects. Say you have a Master Peace on the board immune to monsters and Traps as will happen in most cases, since they'll try to avoid the Trap effect, pulse gets over it. Dragonpit meanwhile can destroy Spells as well.
Odd-Eyes meanwhile are there because Sky Iris. Iris works with the Spell Pendulumgraph as well as triggering effects. And Odd-Eyes Pendulum still can work with Astrograph.
More importantly though, Sky Iris is there because Cosmic Cyclone hurts this deck really hard. At least with destruction, you get effects off. But Banishing doesn't, and removes Z-arc materials out of reach, which is the reason why I bumped White Wing up from 1 to 2. And since I'm running Sky Iris, gotta have Odd-Eyes search targets. Nobledragon restricts what you can make with it. The only reason I do not have a Psyframe Omega in here is because I do not own one. Furthermore, I would like to get a Beelze in here as well as some decks still have trouble outing it if unprepared.

As for Absolute, no room. Rank 4 is far more common to happen. Timestar is the go to for turn 1. And Tornado Dragon, Castel, Abyss Dweller and Utopia all have their own purposes. Dark Rebellion is additional Z-arc material
Stardust is a space filler until I get either Omega or Beelze. Clear Wing is there as a solid level 7 and additional Z-arc material. Ignister and RDA Scarlight as prominent level 8s since Harmonizing.
Starving Venom and Odd-Eyes Vortex are my personal tech choices options. Trump Girl fuses with most of the Magicians in the deck into Starving Venom, and Vortex with the Odd-Eyes stuff. And Vortex is still the single best Odd-Eyes card. Effect negation is always good.

Nah. They've got options since they're one of the few pend decks that can return shit from extra to hand via stuff like oafdragon and amazing pendulum which are both searchable. Also, Harmonizing summons them from the deck, so there's not really as much of an issue for them as there is for other pend decks. Additionally, they're getting good extra deck shit next set that helps them (Supreme King Dragon Clear Wing & Starve Venom)

They're still hurt by it, but they can function just fine and they've even had a top post-links.

Yeah, but you also need to include Odd-Eyes Raging or Rebellion for the Pendulum part, which the deck has no way to even make. Its a slot eaten up on a card you can't summon, which would be on top of the double slot for Utopia.

Meteorburst isn't bad and it is a card I would include if I had extra room, but I can't justify running Odd-Eyes Fusion in my current build without cutting necessary stuff.
