That means when you're not in the "area effected" by his ability, his ability doesn't work. Lucio is considered a healer, and his ability is healing people. So when you're no where near the fucking Lucio, he's not healing you. When your Lucio says "group up!" it's because he's fucking useless if you're all choosing to go 1v6 on both sides of the map. So if a Lucio switches to another character, shut the fuck up about "GG no heal". You weren't being healed to begin with, what does it fucking matter?

What would you suggest?

Orisa's design might work if she didn't have that weird chin/mouth plate thing and was a little more streamlined. Her color schemes are all kind of terrible and she's niche at best in gameplay.

But what really kills Orisa for me is her personality and voice. She's just a really bland African woman who won't shut the fuck up about barriers. Supposedly she's "naive and learning" and sheeit but you would think they would have made her sound younger, more enthusiastic, and given her more interactions instead of "we wuz barriers an sheeit" which is all that comes out of her mouth.

Uh oh, Pharah is out of position and there are no healers around. That's no good! Let's give her a passive that gives her armor depending on how low her hp is.
While we're at it, Orisa is kinda slow and can be dealt with ez pz when alone. Let's remove a headshots while she is using Fortify.

alright, I did do well in those few games I played him, but he's kind of wacky to control. I'll try and get better though, I guess my biggest hangup is I feel inconsistent with him. I once had a game where I had 70% accuracy with his shurikens and I felt like a god but I've never been able to recreate that. Most games are like 30-40% accuracy.

Everyone tends to be in agreement that when comparing the two it's obvious that for someone to do just as well or better on McCree than they would as 76 they would need significantly more skill (hitting headshots ALL THE TIME) and even then it's situational because 76 offers so much more utility and an objectively better ult in every way.

They need to nerf Genji's deflect heavily because it's one of the biggest anti-fun mechanics in the game. He is already hopping around doing huge damage and Swift Striking all over the place, then you manage to hit the little faggot and every Genji main pops it out of raw terror and becomes invulnerable for 2 seconds, then immediately Swift Strikes away and is over a wall before you know it. Unless you have Winston he is just able to harass you for free ignoring all walls and spacing because he flies around everywhere.

Worst part is they'll probably never nerf Deflect because all the Genji mains would bitch so hard that they no longer have panic invincibility that lets them get out of jail free every time they play like a retard. At the very least make him have 150 health like Tracer.

Let's stop and consider what it is exactly that makes Roadhog so unbearable. As you recollect every single time you've been noskilled by that walking tub of muscle known as Mako Rutledge memories of complete and absolute helplessness will fill your mind.

It is not the damage that ruins everything, it's the fact that for the entire time you are hit by the hook and then dragged towards Roadhog you can't do a single damn thing to save yourself, your one and only hope is that he misplays it by having no ammo, someone knocking him out of position for a good shot, or he sucks so horribly that he can't hit a stationary target.

Rather than make a change like having only the initial hooking be a stun and the pulling of the target be a movement altering effect, (creating a thousand new ways to outplay the hook) Blizzard has instead opted to completely change the role and play-style of a release character after a whole year (+) worth of time to come up with an alternate solution.

Things are not looking good.
