I saved a character build in Caves of Qud and it will randomly jump from having 24 INT to 25 and sometimes even 28 (I die pretty often). What gives? None of the other stats change, only INT.

I went from liking this game to FUCKING HATING IT. Three times or so I reached the end of the game without realizing in my infinite stupidity that the tile you have to step on to win is not a trap

you see anons, the tile is represented by a "^" but traps also use the same symbol, perhaps the color is inverted but I didnt notice, so three charaters were THIS fucking close to winning it like a breeze and ended up dying stupidy after backtracking in search for secret doors or stairs going elsewhere

after realizing this mistake I had to do it, I had to reach the end just to step on that goddam tile I didnt step on the last three times, and the last 20 characters or so died making rookie mistakes because of both anger, cockiness and impatience, and FUCKING FINALLY, half dead, with no frost ray and a spent fire extinguisher, I sent a chrome angel fying to the lava with my wand of pushing and phased over one final lava tile to reach the room with that COCKSUCKING LITTLE TILE THAT LOOKS LIKE A TRAP
