A simple tip is whenever you find yourself in a 1-v-1 and need healing. Instead of throwing your grenade at your feet, throw it at them while your close and you'll do damage and heal yourself at the same time. Obviously don't start walking towards them to do it, just do it if you're close enough already

Try not to use grenades as an emergency heal on yourself or someone else. You want to deny heals on the enemy first and foremost.

Position yourself better; be in the back wall but know when to be in the team ball; if the enemy is a dive, you want to be with your team, but if they dive the group, know when you should or should not be there.

communicate with your team on sleeps, if you can sleep someone get your team to 1-shot them after a couple seconds.

I used to avoid weekends, but now it seems M-F comp I only lose. I either get a team of people that refuse to communicate, and blame eachother, only to use their mics at the defeat screen, or have a super vocal team of 'bros' that are just there to have fun. I've been having a LOT of good fortune on sat/sun before afternoon.

But yeah, its super frustrating getting a team of complete asshats even in the Masters/GM level who either clearly don't belong there or simply give up after the first team fight.
