you will gain little SR if you win cuz you are playing off your main, and you will lose alot if you lose.
pick a troll hero like torb or sombra that no one plays. farm stats as hard as you can. this will ensure that you cut your losses as much as possible, and will end the match quickly the get into a new game where you can autolock 76.

49 times out of 50 when someone says they carried they really didn't. They might have done exceedingly well or got the most kills (or at least the most credit since killshots aren't registered,) but it's usually a matter of they were set up to do really well while the team did their part, however small. Or the enemy team simply sucks ass and you were most prominent in smacking them around.

Unless you literally wiped the enemy team by yourself (and not with an ult,) and held the point/payload on your own for most or all of the match, you did not carry. Plenty of people have SAVED matches with their ults or their skill or their luck, but very rarely does anybody truly carry a match. And the people that say they did are super fucking annoying, often one tricks who self-actuate their one trick behavior.

I got a friend whom never played Comp to roll 10 matches with me (being silver at the time in s2) and he got plat from my carry.

So i took the upset from the fact that the SR system is broken and threw myself at it. Playing it like chess rather than a shooter. direct counters to enemy heroes. ect.

Im now 3200 and place diamond seasonally (as sr systems broken and you can lose/win 10 and stay same rank)

its totally possible. just have to endure 2k to 2.5k as its full of people throwing matches cause they didnt get genji. Youll only lose 5-15sr if you get straight golds on a loss and your wins will nab you 45sr. (up to 150 if you streak win)

Just play it like chess and youll find the game changes and you can tell whos shit just by their attitude.

That being said, His matchups mainly overpower him aside from dive comp as you flank the dive and trap their return via the air. Aerial attacks as JR when theres no 76 end pushes.

Aside from these two specific events. JR is pretty shit. But hes great against dive comps when used well.

But I have. He has to come down eventually. Then he gets harassed by Winston and has no escape, and Tracer/Winston/Soldier/even D.Va will all cut him down. Or if you're dived onto by Winston you can be sure Tracer or Soldier are somewhere around him, and you will get cut down unless you have to run. Then they're not dead. Junkrat is all about killing people or area denial and when they've dived onto you and forced you out or killed you, you've failed.

Do you idiots read what you type out before hitting send? We already know for a fact that blizzard deliberately forces a 50% winrate. If you lose the exact same see that you win then it is literally impossible to advance. We used to have a totally different team based ranking system. It was changed to Sr, know why? Because if the system is entirely team based you can be fucked out if 25 Sr by a thrower. In the current system you'll probably only lose 10-15 then gain 25-30 the next game.
The only reason the system is flawed is that it measures your preformance with a hero against others who play that hero, what it should do is rate your preformance in a game relative to the other 12 players in that game. Bam, you get countered and keep dying because you're a one trick? Suddenly you gain no sr. Flex 3 times in the match and play like a god on each one while the enemy play like trash, bam the system rewards you bonus Sr. That's literally all they have to do.

First off, Tracer's spread is not that bad.

Second, most of the time Tracer is going to be hitting you from the side or behind. If you survive, you're going to be low on health. At that point all you can do is try to run into cover or blow the bomb in her face and have it send you flying, but if they properly spaced they'll just pick you out of the air and at worst take some damage they can Recall away.

And this is all assuming Tracer is alone and doesn't have a Winston or D.Va close by.

Again, Junkrat can do things, but 9 out of 10 times a competent dive team will eat him alive. You can talk all you want about "muh aerial Junk" but this is how it is.

The real problem with that is she usually uses iceblock for her team to get back on point (or worse, a mercy to fly back that was killed earlier) to restart a won teamfight.

The better Mei will iceblock while her team is still around, so the enemy is forced to retarget, then she's back at full health and ignored ready to freeze whoever is close. Invuln, immovable, healing, and contesting; yet able to burst out at any time and freeze any character nearby (and tiny capture points so if you're on point you're vulnerable).

It's just so fucking annoying to deal with and her main attack requires no finesse, it's just spamming w+m1 until 1 particle hits the enemy, slowing them down such that even cerebral palsy patients can finish the freeze.

Mei still needs to be sorted so that she can actually be a decent defensive hero and not one that can intentionally or unintentionally fuck up your own team.

Make ice wall pillars easy to break by teammates so ice wall griefers don't fuck you over by trapping you in spawn or letting weakened enemies flee, also make the wall transparent like a shield/barrier so you can see whats on the other side but make it so enemies CAN'T see through your Mei's walls.

Ice cocoon can be breakable, it adds armour on top of her regenerating health while she's in it and if the armor goes then so does the ice shell, meaning there's more consequences to using it than just being a pure get out of jail free, especially if its paired with an instant ice wall when she gets out.

Freeze is kept in the ult, her wind gun slows but doesn't freeze completely but throw in some more damage on it to compensate for this change. It also means using icicle shots aren't just going to be completely spoonfed to you and there's slightly more effort in using it.
