usually you need no more than 2 N2 canisters. You can actually opt out of N2 entirely if you're capable of circulating and cooling the internal contents fast enough and replace it with something that allows it to burn hotter such as plasma so you can get more energy out of it.

Only do this if you're confident that you can keep it cooled down enough to prevent delamination though.

I used 1x lightning there, it only does 50 burn per shot, and you need to click on the person. While the incantation might be spammed you would very much notice if the spell fired twice because it would fire two distinct times per shot and the person would down instantly, see fully upgrading the spell in the cooldown tree.
