I hate having so many fucking heroes. I wish they'd have gone with the TF2 model of having a set amount of characters, then just introducing weapons as sidegrades and shit. Feels like because of this, there will always be about 3-4 heroes that will be seen as "Bottom of the barrel" and you'll get shit for playing.

I go on win streaks and afterwards I know I'll be forced on a loss streak because of blizzard's rigged matchmaking, to mitigate this I'll spam sombra so I only lose 10 sr for the losses.
Then when another win streak comes I ride it and repeat the process.
It's gotten me from gold to diamond so far

Yeah, because the bitch isn't incredibly mobile, as if she doesn't have a million things to hide behind. All the fucking corners and shit to duck behind in this game's lame ass maps, or just hiding behind other people who WILL protect her. Not to mention the fact that her stupid fucking ultimate goes through walls, so it's not like she even needs to be with her team in order to do her job. In addition to that, you can't slowly wittle her down and pressure her because she'll just regen all harass she takes rather quickly.

And one of the worst things about her, is that you feel pressured into saving your ultimate until after she's used hers, therefor she indirectly dictates when you get to use your ultimate. She just fucks up the flow of this game so much, I can't stand it.

True, the amount of Mercy POTGs compared to every other support is ridiculous. Not even that it's hard to do POTG worthy stuff with the others, it's just that the regular stuff seems to be worth less with them for some reason, I can get a triple kill with Zen and POTG will be a DPS double kill for example. One time as Ana my nanoboosted Rein killed two, I killed two, healed Rein from 10HP to full, and slept an ulting Pharah in the span of 15 seconds, and it didn't even show up as a highlight in the menu.

This season I've calibrated at 2.6k, and after effortlessly climbing to 3150, after which the game started giving me 20 points for wins and taking away 35 points for losses. After two days of playing (in the early afternoon hours) with this point gain I've dropped back to 2.8k and now I don't understand what the system expects me to do.

Just today I've had people leave 3 games I've been in and I lost 30 points for each one, how am I supposed to fight against this?

What causes this shit? Am I expected to carry all of my games even though I prefer playing tank or support roles? I'm running out of ideas, and none of this would bother me if the people at this rank were actually trying to play the game. Every match is a toss up between who has the bigger retards and it's getting real old real fast.

This is the problem with playing Mercy and why every Mercy main in GM has a billion fucking hours on her. Her skill ceiling/floor are both so low and so close to each other that your influence over a game as Mercy is basically static. You'll get that flat 55% winrate and insane SR gains, but unless you massively fucked up, the games you lose are outside of your control.

Every other character has fuckups built into their kit, hitscan will always miss shots, zarya could always have used her bubbles better, ana always could have landed that sleep dart. Until you get to the highest level of play, there's always something you could have done better to potentially change the outcome of a match, but Mercy doesn't really leave any room to outplay your opponent.
