You should also use moby dick and grab every meat you can, because it's not comfy in the slightest. Autoheal lvl5 is almost mandatory.

Tank one hit from Binz (not by his grunts)
Kill Ain as fast as possible using both meats whenever she shuffles orbs (put doffy in middle row).
On Sengoku, during the first 3 turns just kill the fodder avoiding hits, then tank one hit from sengoku. Use GPU and go hard on sengoku for 3 turns, using one inthawk special if you need it, else you have another 3 turns to kill him but you have to consider the fodder CD and be good at manual targeting.
Zephyr, two options:
- you managed HP well and you can tank a 12k hit: attack normally the first two turns, tank the hit, use all specials and burst, then use the other inthawk and attack again if needed (you still have the second turn of 3d2y zoro to help)
- you can't tank the 12k hit: burst directly, you can do it but you have to hit all perfects. And I mean every single one.

This team is actually exhausting, I saw a video of someone clearing it with colo Vista instead of Borsalino, but he had perfect orb luck on Z bursting turn, so he basically got 6 orbs for free.

He is great captain and a ridiculously good unit. Team him up with a friend Issho and you will be able to clear alot of content in the game. Take it to consideration to farm him during the 2x stam 2x drop , which will save you a shit ton of time.
So yeah, I highly recommend farming Shiki anon-boya.

It's pretty damn good. What you have to understand though, it's that it's a multiplier, so the more orb sockets the better, it's not just a 2% increase because that gets multiplied.
It's even better if you get Invasion Shanks as a captain.

If you don't have whitebeard, enel/enel/gladius/lucci/mihawk/doffy is piss easy. I farmed 60 copies of Shiki using that team his first appearance and only had three failed runs.

The 5% won't because I was still killing Shiki with the occasional "great", but the lack of orb might. It'd be less reliable than Gladius but you can probably make it work.

If anyone is strapped for a team on Shiki, this is what I used when he first came about. FC Marco.heres how it works

>with luck you'll get at least 2 S/D/Q orbs

Shiki slaughtered me with my Marco captain. I totally forgot about how much he switched captain so I took that 20k hit after he first goes down.
I could take Fuji and swap Chopper and Doffy out but I don't think I can stall that long with only a single enel.

Is it worth trying to get any story characters from straw hat's journey? I'm guessing the drop rate is damned near impossible even setting aside the random appearance of each character.

I got 5/6 bad orbs on the first stage.
