Is this the best all-purpose global Ray team? A lot of fighters so koala fits in nicely, I'd rather have a fighter orb booster such as TS sanji instead of doffy but then I don't know how to get the orbs. And if I had jinbe I'd use him as captain.

The other good thing about Ray is that if the enemy doesn't have nasty mechanics you can use all the universal-conditionless boosters at once, such as doffy, sabo, kizaru, unfortunately not boa, etc.
Universal "all units" boosters such as sengoku on the other hand are rare and only give 1.5x, so in that case koala is better since Ray, sabo and kizaru are fighters. Akainu would be even better, but then you'd use him as a captain.

So my "all purpose" team question was more like a team with as much universal boosts and as few limitations as possible

Right after they released bike smoker they realized the they could make more money if they add more units to the RR pool instead of making F2P units better.

That's also one of the reasons why Sengoku is so trash. He relies 100% on F2P units but bamco will never release good F2P ever again.

I used a Double Doffy team with Monet as a sub. Just Doffy's special+Monet's allowed me to get past the 3.8 million mark.

G3 plus class/type booster and Doffy. The rest beat sticks. Burst on stage 4 and farm your orbs and specials on the stages before.

It's the same. There isn't all the jew bullshit like TC between versions if you start now you will start will 250 free gems on global.
All the characters are free you just roll for power up cards. And the drop rates are good.
Right now you can get Smoker Fuji Jinbe and Hody in the "FN" and I already pulled all of Smokers good power ups after doing 3 multi.
The pulls are are rate boosted for the current character you sou have a good odds of getting that characters stuff when you pull.
Smoker is one of my favorites so it made sense to do some pulls for smokers power ups. It's way less bulllshit than TC real talk.

I've actually already maxed everything except shit like Love Duck, Dinghy, Flying Merry, etc. The only "good" ship I haven't done is Garp's boat, but I don't even intend to buy it unless I pull Akainu someday.

I got really lucky with the Red Force and the Doffy ship. Red Force only took around 140 cola and Doffy's boat only took around 230. I think this is the universe's compensation for making me spend 1060 cola on the Coffin Ship.
