oh and its highly situational, I would sum it up as, for every upside, there is an easily exploitable downside.


For example:

It CAN act as a heavy tank if the time calls for it (top tier, 3 HTs including you vs 2 HTs). You have 80mm of side armor, so you can sidescrape, but anyone with half a brain will just shoot the turret, which has no armor.

It's fast, but its so huge that say you get stuck behind a single piece of cover, you'll still get shot. Had you been in any other medium you would have been fine.

Your gun has decent DPM and accuracy, but low alpha and pen, limiting flexibility.

The tank is essentially, unforgiving and barely works at t9. Make one mistake or get fucked by MM and all the flaws will fuck you over.

They should just make them 5 minute rounds if everyone wants to be a pussy the whole time. The maps are designed for tanks to start immediately and compete for positions of power. If you fail to move into those positions at the start, you already lose.

To be fair to Von Braun, it wasn't actually his fault that the V2s weren't hitting anything. By the time V2s were launching, Britain had overturned every single undercover German spy in the UK, and was feeding Germany misinformation through them. V2 hit the centre of a city block? Germany gets told it missed by a few miles, and hit an empty paddock instead. V2 hit a farm and killed a few sheep? Germany gets told it was right on target. This meant the V2s were never zeroed correctly - like that game where you blindfold a friend and have to guide them through an obstacle course, except instead you just make them walk into walls.

It's been a day and the dust is starting to settle, there are still people adamant that Nameless and Edelweiss are killing the game because WoT is about historic tanks and realistic designs.

Nameless is considered disappointing, the armor only works against idiots wasting gold ammo on the upper front plate while anyone else abuses it's height and poor gun depression.

The consensus on Edelweiss is that it's fast and fun to play.
