I just dropped from high plat back to gold because I keep getting paired with literal retards who refuse to communicate, refuse to group up, pick terrible team comps or won't switch heroes when they are hard countered, and keep running to the point alone just to get killed in instant

I play tanks and supports and no matter how much I try to heal or shield my team there is nothing I can do when everyone just refuses to work together.

Playing McCree feels like a worse and worse idea every time I do it. Even if I hit more shots than usual, it's still not enough. Missing a shot can mean losing 1v1, failing to save a healer from a flanker, or letting enemy ult go through. That can cost the teamfight, and that can cost the match. I would need something crazy like 70% accuracy and 20% crit accuracy.
