Spent over 70 battles on Grozovoy, and undestand some kind of tactic on this boat. She is not destroyes or soviet leader she is british cruiser. You need get position outside own team, and keep firing your enemy, but rememder all about enemy tordepos range. You need be outside to privent massive tordepos spawn on you smoke. What was the ship that disappointed you the most?

As a cruiser main, I don't think cruisers need buffs. What I'd change is the engagement ranges for higher tiers. Nerf all ranges, in particular those of BBs and remove the range upgrade completely for all classes.

Hipper/Prinz do need buffs, but that's because their AP is gimmicky and overall a downgrade from the firespamming cruisers.
