Those DPS meta classes only work because Clerics are supporting them. You didn't need an ubber-damage Doppel to clear the DPS checks on ET, it was just the fastest option. Meanwhile, you could do it with a full Cleric party, no problem.

You're not getting the gist of what I'm saying. While some classes have maybe ONE skill that's better than anything in the Cleric tree(Frost Cloud, Cyclone, etc), Clerics are better all-around characters. They can solo the game from start to end and then you can clear the hardest content of the game with full Cleric parties. You can't do it with any composition that doesn't involve at least one Cleric-abusive mechanic.

Leveling a cleric build full INT, I was told I wasn't going to have an issue due to cleric utility and heals. But it feels like ranged does a lot of fucking dmg, if by any chance a 2-3 ranged mobs touch me they end up hitting for a minimum of 1000. While I only have 8k HP

Should I invest in some CON? Or am I supposed to fix this issue in some other fashion? Thinking gear, but at lvl 170, not sure what I should be getting. I've been using Cafrisun until now.

Playing carefully and strategically can get the job done. Do get an alternative to cafrisun. The problem with Filipinos are the same as Brazillians. There is a reason why they're so loathed online in their respective continents, and it's not because of some /pol/ racism. It's because of how they are as a people.

Oh that's not completely awful then. Full leather gives 50, I have 3 level 6 green gems. That's a decent head start and with how dex will be boosting attack speed I'll be consistent.

Not sure if I want Plate for more survivability though. I'd lose out on 50 crit from the full leather set but a lot of Plate stuff at least gives str.
