These changes are interesting but I think that it's pretty similar to the Cho'Gath change a few patches ago - it's change, but it doesn't really matter that much considering meta.
He needs a big rework if they want him to work well in lanes, but since they don't want to remove turrets it's pretty hard to make them work well. Maybe make their range scale so they're not literally useless as soon as you're outside of laning?

I know that all you have to do is to dodge his damn Q and AA but hot damn, the heal he gets from his Q and the bonus AD he gets from bleeding your opponent 5 times is annoying. Real talk she's Sejuani, the Winter's Wrath. It fits so well with her themes of anger and toughness, drawing on how she used the cold of the North to help her train and become the strongest of her tribes and unite all the people together. It also has some nice alliteration, and it's been that way forever.

What reason did they have to change it? Did they massively overhaul her lore? Did they figure that the Winter's Wrath wasn't bad ass enough? Fury of the North is so incredible generic and has 0 of the same impact and isn't nice to say compared to the Winter's Wrath. It's Riot changing up my champ for no reason at all. They're not even trying to force a gimmick with the epithet change, or advance a SJW agenda, or anything at all. It's crazy, they're literally just fucking with her for the sake of it and it upsets me.
