+Spd is better because like Julia, she gets +4 instead of the usual +3, bringing her up to a fairly competitive base of 30. Since she has TA in her default kit, many recommend Raudraven+ though do beware that her HP and Def is pitiful so she will still take quite a bit of damage against colourless with that build.

See the issue is the IV system tempts the people that actually spend money on the game to spend more money so they get the version of the unit they want. I think adding a rerolling system would cut into how much money the heavy spenders pour into the game. It would have to cost alot of orbs most likely if they implemented it.

Brash Assault guarantees that you will double once you are below a certain hp threshold.

Sol Katti/desperation will have your second attack from doubling occur before the enemy counterattacks, like a brave weapon, only requiring that you would double in the first place.

Brash assault + sol katti/desperation is a powerful combo that is normally not possible that essentially turns Lyn's weapon into a 15 mt brave sword, without lowering her speed

Desperation means if you double, you'll follow up before the enemy, so instead of combat going You > Them > You it's You > You > Them.

Brash Assault means that if you're below the HP percentage AND you're attacking something that can counter attack AND you're slower than whatever you're attacking, you will get a double.

It goes well with Lyn's built-in Desperation so when you attack the occasional thing faster than you you'll attack twice in a row even if you're slower.
