I can't do this /owg/. I've played hundreds of hours of this game and I still can't narrow down a character that I actually like. There is no character that is really perfect to me. They're all uniquely shitty in their own ways.

I like the feedback from a kill, I love Sonic Arrow, I like the concept of a stalker bowman dude. I fucking love bows and I always play Archer dudes or at least characters who use Skill over shit like Strength or Magic. I'm just talking aesthetic skill at this point. McCree is another character that I've considered but he is just a shitty Soldier 76 and my aim isn't stellar so I'm doing kind of a disservice by playing him.

I play mostly Ana and Zenyatta because they are damage dealers but can also heal, so I can actually benefit the team. As much as I love Hanzo, every stupid fuck wants to play DPS and I'd lose every other game if I didn't play something flexible. I almost wish Blizzard didn't even bother with these Support characters because they're necessary to have and it kind of fucks me out of playing what I want to play. Well, that, and the whole "Hanzo Main" thing.

Have you tried any tanks other than Reinhardt? I know they're not really the stalker-type characters, but that way you can support your team and usually dish out some decent damage. From my experience you mostly want to be grouped with people unless you are in a really safe spot (safe from stray fire/sniper shots, close to team in case of flankers)
Depending for nanos you may have to readjust your position to actually get it off on the right target, but sometimes lucio or mercy will eat it somehow, it just happens.
For getting mass purple you sometimes have to either run to the front of the group (usually a bad idea) or back off and strafe a direction or another to make it work
