You're wrong. Some fighting games are objectively better than others and even amongst the comparable ones, you will get better at it AND other games faster by only playing a single game, not to mention the community stays healthier by focusing on a single game so there is never a dead community.

Saying there are other ways to have 'fun' is like saying some Joe out there could be having as much fun as me by facerolling his gamepad and scratching lottos in between rounds and never learning or winning anything, but it's all ok because fun is subjective, right?

I thought the Thailand Stage looks very good for some reason and just now I realized why.

It seems like it's the only stage to not have the ugly mono-chromatic fog. It's a very colorful stage, and its visual composition really gives the scenery much more life and a vivid look compared to the rest of the stages.

The game as we speak has all characters accounted for from Arcade and even more at console launch.

Don't talk out of your ass when it comes to the DLC characters, it's been established several times that the season pass is going to only feature new characters, as for now, they're planned to be guest characters than Harada has been casually asking for people to choose those said guest characters might be. That's full evidence of post-game content since the game already went gold several months ago.

It looks really nice in some cases, really shitty in others.
Performance tanks pretty hard there, the stages actually have a lot of shit going on in the background thats hidden behind the fog.

SFV is by far the most active fighting game on any platform, plus it has crossplay.

The game is presented at a playable state for consoles for competitive and public demonstrations for the last several months. For what reason would they not debut the rest of the
roster is for proper balancing, optimization, and at least some sort of leading follow-up towards release.

Hypothetically, you create and finish developing a fighting game. But you want it to stay consistently relevant to continue effectively supporting the community built around it. A post-launch DLC plan means additional funds can be put into producing more content and prolonged support, whether is sponsorship and marketing deals to putting more money in your publisher's pocket, or even your own.

This is just isn't even right. The publisher, in this case, BanCo, will likely have a quality standard and contract fulfillment on the developer studio's side of the contract. They'll need to validate if T7 is the product they had in mind in selling and marketing. They're no chances they'll even consider that when the delay is a direct response to SFV's lackluster launch and cold reception. Then there's content for day 1 patches. These aren't meant for bulking massive amounts of content and fixes a game by a triple-A publisher. Review copies and people who got the game early will base their impression before Day 1 patch

I'll even let you in on this, I haven't played Tekken since Tekken 4 on PS2, not until I picked up TTT2 back in May, two or so years ago. I didn't even bother playing it a lot until I heard Tekken 7 was a thing.
