The question lies on who even answered recall. So far it's only Tracer. McCree's in Mexico, Reinhardt's in Sweden/Germany/Western Europe, Torbjorn is having a magical Swedish woodland adventure with Bastion, Mercy's in the Iraq and Iran area providing warzone medical treatment, and Genji's in Nepal.

Torbjorn and Reinhardt keep in contact and Genji and Mercy are in contact. McCree's running. Maybe they'll add some new character that was part of Overwatch that might have also replied to the Recall, but there's not much else.

The leveling rate for the highest level in the game has been about 55 levels a week so I suppose you might be able to get 100 levels in a couple weeks. No idea what'll happen after Uprising though, the normal pattern for content would mean a new map next month. Best spot for news is probably the official twitter account since they're usually the first to announce things unless something gets leaked which happens nearly every time.

When I actually do end up going head to head against one that was already there, it ends up being a big ol' shoot out. If there was friendly fire in the game I think the duels between them and I would end with teammates being caught in the crossfire.

Roadhog is conceptual abortion, he fires 425 damage a click, setting him up for one-shots at 1m, 10m, and up to 16m on a short cooldown, with the durability to absorb an entire seconds worth of focused DPS fire with a self-heal and healer synergistic health pool, that their only options are a complete rework that they were hoping to avoid with Hook 2.0 performing magic, or hero deletion.
