Why do so few people know how to play this game?

I'm seeing people with silver frames or 5 stars but they behave like it's their first day.

Always keep a blink or your rewind to disengage. Don't go to far before rewinding because you're squishy.
Spam your Ult because it fills super fast
Aim at the neck/upper chest from short range for maximum effect.
You're mobile and have a "oh I fucked up" button and you ult is straight forward

Still figuring that one out. Positioning is Key. Never teleport from or into the open since any sniper or mcree will get a free headshot this way. You have to play it by ear based on situation.
Even with the boosted healing you can't realistically heal an individual out of danger in most situations, your healing is best either a part of a barrier ball or to top off survivors. Otherwise you should either be speeding people out of danger, or kill-confirming, ideally alongside another mobile teammate. A coordinated Genji/Lucio or Winston/Lucio can clean up a pile of squishies and leave before tanks can do much to stop them.

It just PISSES ME OFF SO FUCKING MUCH. Wow, so you are a damage sponge and there is NOTHING I can do because I can't run from DVA/Winston, and there is nothing you can do. Even if I constantly headshot you or hit you, 0% chance of every killing a tank. It's stupid.

No skill. No counter. They have 2-3x the HP, damage reduction abilities, just as much damage, 1000000x the mobility, better ults, and there is nothing you can do about it.

It's dumb. It's infuriating. 3/4 of my deaths in the entirety of playing this game are from tanks.

They need to seriously be removed. Just remove them. DELETE, GONE, DISAPPEAR

Reaper is loud and not very mobile apart from teleport which takes ages and is obvious.
Tracer, Pharah, Sombra, Genji and even Soldier with his sprint are better flankers somehow. Reaper works on defence when camping - letting the enemy team pass and then ambush.
