I think old revenge was fine in terms of damage, but you definitely had too much defense and gained it too fast.
They should have kept the damage but nerfed the gain rate and defense.

On the subject of Lawbringer, they actually stealth nerfed his revenge which is annoying as shit. Now when you shove someone down in revenge you can't hit them with a heavy after, you need to chain into the unblockable to get them. This makes taking people down in a gank hard as shit

It does look inspired by cavalry armor though. The default burgonet and unarmored thighs suggest something akin to a 16th century cuirassier, although the tassets are way too short and they wouldn't have worn sabatons.

A nice fast 3 hit poking chain with good reach would be nice. They'd have to make it so he gets a guaranteed light off any parry, non-guaranteed heavy off a heavy parry, and guaranteed heavy off a light parry. A stabbing light attack guard break like PK's without the bleed would be good, and a guaranteed light using the off hand after any successful heavy attack. He should have about 135 (in between warden and raider) HP and hyper armor to fit into the theme of full armor, but have drawbacks like staying down when knocked down for a longer time than usual. I would play it.

All of Warden's attacks are easily parried. Keep your guard left, punished zone. I saw a Nobushi tear a rep 19 Warden a new one. Constant zone cancels, side-winders, vortex dodges, and parries on everything the Warden threw out. He needs more moves or a buff in his PvP ability (not counting SB) to compensate if they do nerf him. He's a glorified Orochi with a reactable top light, and an unsafe zone.
