First of all, they're not the same shape so that's barely noticeable. More importantly, SkullGreymon's head clearly resembles Cyclomon's more than Greymon's but it's not always a fusion of those two.

I blame that on the Armor level not making sense, but sometimes V-mon has Fladramon as an adult, Lighdramon as a perfect, and Magnamon as an Ultimate, so it's really up in the air.
