Bullets usually work if they are shot by an ulrtimate level. Otherwise they only work on lower level digimon. Ogremon was barely fazed in tri, and the one time Hypnos tackled a champion with weapons was after Guilmon kicked its ass. So yeah in CS they probably couldnt do much other than hope that the digis dont fuck up too much. Then there was Eater against whom guns clearly didnt work as Date showed.

Figured I'd post this here before going to /tg/ with it.

I'm going to be running a Digimon Digital Adventures game (for those of you who don't know it's basically Dungeons and Dragons with a digimon theme). One of the players went missing, so we need a new one before we start.

Info for the game:

1. Right now we are looking at playing on Thursdays at 8:00 or 8:30 PM EST.
2. This is an Adventure themed game, go to digital world, partners revert to rookies after combat, etc.
3. Most of the players have chosen to let me make custom (new) digimon for them and leave everything about them a mystery. I'd prefer you to do the same.
4. On that same note, I'm paying an artist for commissions for all these so you'll have something nice to look at, and the artist is really good.
5. In combat control of the digimon belongs to the partnered human, but out of combat social interactions are under control of another predetermined player. This is to help facilitate roleplay and make it feel less artificial.

You know I´ve been wondering. If I was kept locked up in the basement of an insane fallen angel, I´d try to contact some fucking special forces and not a bunch of 11 year olds. Its a really fun game and Im collecting the cards myself, just got into the expensive ones, meaning the redesigned ones with 3D art which Ive actually learn to love.

And one of them is from the promo movie cards and the other is modern card 3D style.

You will can also run through your entire deck in 3 turns if you discard all your cards each time so its not a huge deal.
