Alright, first off I'm going to ask if you're serious with this angle. And if so why? Overwatch is supposed to be a parody of real life but not one to one. It's a comic book action story. And plenty of them have story lines where two lovers are caught in a struggle that tears them apart with violence involved. There is a difference between drama and abuse.

A couple can argue, that isn't abuse. We have not seen the full extent of their relationship. The only violence we've seen is after the Swiss incident and it doesn't count. Why? Because we don't know the full extent of what's happening. Why Reaper is really doing this. Who changed him. What his actual motives are. Maybe he's playing double agent like Sombra? Just because its not in the lore now doesn't mean there is no room for it to be written.

In complete honestly, its just comic book tier drama. It's not abuse, and no one is going to complain that it is if it happened.

I never know who I want to play in overwatch. I don't particularly like sniper roles and I don't mind healing BUT I HATE healing as mercy or lucio.

I prefer to play as a tank like Orisa or Reinhardt. I like Orisa over rein but Rein is the better choice almost always. Orisa feels like some sort of meme choice. She doesn't seem to do what was advertised(basically be a rein 2.0)

Should I just keep playing Orisa? Also, is Torb actually dog shit in the grand scheme of things? I just don't like wasting my time learning more heroes if the ones I like are shit.

Nah. McCree's damage was pretty consistent regardless of distance. I think the nerf was a bit severe but it means that Pharah is harder to counter and more of a problem. If you had a decent McCree before his nerf then Pharah would just be in a world of trouble. If she's only focused by Soldier/McCree now then she kind of has free reign if she keeps her distance. And yes, nobody ever shoots the Mercy. It's mostly sub-plat teams whining that Soldier can't handle Pharah by himself because they read somewhere he's a counter. Due to the game also becoming more populated with shitters, they'll obviously whine more about a Pharah reigning down hell on them.
