Might not be the BEST but I've been doing the subquest for the G basarios quest where you have to kill 8 remobra. I get 10 endurings every run and some timeworns. It takes like 7 minutes per run. Make sure you eat for explorer.

1.Don't bother, it's boring as fuck. Make a progression system as you hack your charms, get x amount of whatever to advance it 1 point or some bullshit like that, but that's only if you really care about being fair.

2.The current charm editor has a charm table in it, and it will notify you if you go over the legal limit of points. Just google a charm editor for mhxx and it'll be the first result.

I've been testing out the endgame Kinsects. Big fan of the one that restores sharpness, that's about 10 extra hits with razor sharp and Brave mode lets you spam it while attacking normally.

However I can't figure out what the skill "Acceleration" does on the exalted alucanid. I figured it would move faster but nope.

Element is easier, it's just ([element value] * [1.1 from EAU] * [1.1 from EA+2] + [6 from EA+2]) * [sharpness multiplier] * [hitzone]
Example: (30 * 1.1 + 6) * 1.2 * 0.15
This is a 30 element weapon with Element Attack+2 but without Element Attack Up striking with purple sharpness against a 15 hitzone.

Previous best Meretseger set:

1. GS = 448 s
2. IG = 449.6 s
A tier
3. HBG = 527.9 s
4. CB = 544 s
5. DB = 565.4 s
What this doesn't show is how often HBG is fucked and how often DB isn't. CB had many more bad matchups than DB, it's just that it got a little more damage when it didn't. HBG was destroyed by a few 140 monsters (obviously, 140 fuck with guns) and IG had a few bad matchups. GS got the edge on some because high DpH is exactly what 140 needed.

The KO wasn't nerfed but the SAED was, Elemental CB was nearly erased and the moveset was altered (which is a passive KO nerf and an overall nerf due to the added hoops)

It feels like you can't follow a conversation, you claim a weapon is OP because it's nerfed in the next game, I say following your logic you can claim GL and HH were OP.

Because GS is meant to be powerful in the right hands, that's the whole point of the weapon, just like HBG.

All weapons were nerfed to be honest, only SnS got some kind of buff.
Which is not a single weapon's main point, the KO issue is related to its "OP" versatility. Notice how GS uses Punish Draw in 140.
I'm seeing the picture that 4U is, a game where CB is A tier, and A tier is not OP.
The whole picture includes being aware that DB can't use its main appeal in 140, that guns get shafted hard and are actually much better in regular hunts. I'm not convincing myself, I'm trying to make you understand that CB is strong, not OP.

I'm playing Brave GS, and while it's nice that the style is making me enjoy GS again, it's really easy so far, at some points it feels outright braindead.
But with that said, I'm still only going through LR village and I have a defense set, so I'm not sure how much that effects the red health on parries.

Does it get harder in High and G when the movesets get more unpredictable?
Is the red health sacrifice much higher when the damage output from monsters is higher?
