Get one DPS geared as well as you can first, maybe a dualcast on the side too for your healer. Damage values are calculated so that each point is more effective than the last so it's much better to gear one unit to the max than spread your gear around.

Memelandeau is more fucked over by his limited equipment selection. The best weapon he can get in both Global and JP is the Excalibur II at 130 ATK. Compare that to the Onion Sword, Brotherhood, and the Artisan who all boast 135 ATK. Not to mention that thanks to Black Lion's Crest he's stuck with Greatswords and Katanas which while still good, they are getting kind of mediocre without any new weapons to speak of aside from the Excalibur II. And Katanas have it worst since they are still stuck with the Genji Blade and the 107 ATK it has.

so who do I kill first, ifrit or siren? IFrit starts doing 6000 aoes plus single attacks so Im not too sure about killing him but I can kill siren by turn 2.
