>What is it?
Each shotgun has its maximum range at which it can reliably injure or kill an enemy for each armor rating. With the help of /r6g/ I will be doing exhaustive testing on every shotgun in the game. The first stage of this project is filling out the table. The second stage is a video on the final results, which will also include more info on the properties of shotguns. Every volunteer will be credited in the video.

>Why should I be interested?
If you use shotguns but have always wondered how close you would need to be to have an edge over your alternative weapon.
If you would like to start using shotguns on certain operators, but don't know which shotguns were good enough.
This is also /r6g/'s own original research aiming to give consistency to the most inconsistent part of the game.

Join the temporary shotgun testing discord: https://discord.gg/8CSB7Ny (joining will let you be notified of testing periods in the future)
After exchanging uplay info, you will be invited into a custom game on Coastline.
Pick the recruit with the specified armor rating, then head up the stairs by the main entrance. All you have to do is stand against a wall and be completely still until you get shot.
Instructions are minimal and you may choose to stay and help for as long as you'd like, so feel free to listen to music or watch something on another monitor.

Finished off the SPAS-15; aside from the unbelievably long range against 1 armors, it boasts a kill range greater than or equal to the other semi-autos.
Kicked off the testing of two shot downs with the M1014, took about an hour to get that one hipfire number but things should be smoother after the first point of data.

Continue two shot tests with the M1014 or work on the remaining Skeleton Key Rook armor tests if we get enough people.

It's because my hipfire sensitivity is 4x or so higher than my aimed sensitivity, and I pushed the stick all the way to the edge before it 'switched' sensitivities. Lets me do stupid shit like this when I'm not aiming.

Guys, so, ive had no problems managing recoil until now, but, I bought buck like 2 days ago and im incapable of hitting anything over 15m away.

I never single shot fire or small burst, so they're useless. The P90 has no recoil anyway. Suppressor is also useless. So I use extended barrel. It's helped me a few times.
