Knight Delita is a kinda mid-tier lightning elemental damage dealer, he's not terrible but also not really excellent.

Mercenary Ramza is a decent cover tank with raise and esunaga in addition to innate status immunity. Sadly as far as cover tanks go, Cecil is still better in most cases.

None. The exp gain is that ridiculous, provided it's a friend unit doing and you have one unit to soak up all the sweet exp. If you got one of your units which can solo it, it might be slightly less efficient than timber tracks grinding with a friend, since your unit is taking some of the exp, but it's infinitely faster if you don't want to spend all the time in explorations.

They're rated the same. Aileen does more damage but Orlandeau's easier to gear and has other stuff. Also Aileen's only better with her enhancements so you wouldn't need her at all right now, or ever. Chainers are only part of the damage, the most important after that are the finishers like Olive and Firion.

You have a native source of faithga with one of the desired effects for (Infinity). RS is going to bounce back damage as long as you don't fucking die (RS normally cannot exceed 9999 btw).
