Having it all is pretty meaningless when at turn 10 pretty much any spell will kill you. I think the idea was that Zeus himself will not win you the game (even though 10 pp cards should probably contribute greatly to that) but he cannot be really ignored once he's on the board, and will passively clear the opponent board with his bane + ward. However in practice, he never survives so having it all is useless.
