Every regen source I could stack to be the best of both worlds.

It just defaults to female for me, and the slave knight chest is light with a lot of resistances. Just an example of the weight of fashion you can get with this.

I wish I could do full tarkus/full millwood for flavor, but it's not letting me. I can do a full anri set+millwood shield and completely remove extra vit levels for a fun time of level 97, or actually using anris SS stupid strength scaling for some reason, but I kinda like the millwood set.

What do you guys think of this? Mugenmonkey is not updated yet, but with this build SSS has 405 AR unbuffed and 1H. Also the mace is nice when the buffs run out or you need perseverance. It's mostly focused on 3v3 in the arena. For PvE coop you can swap projected heal with soothing sunlight and vow of silence with tears of denial.

What's the point of weapon durability in Dark Souls 3?

In 1 you had to repair weapons over time as durability decreased over time. This could also give way to some interesting situations before Lordvessel if you didn't buy the repair kit and got stuck in Blight Town with a broken weapon.


In 2 your weapons broke like shit all the time but got back to full durability at the bonfire, meaning repair powder had a purpose and you sometimes had to go visit the blacksmith to get it fixed, especially with all the corrosive hazards and spells in the game.


In 3 your weapons durability is restored at the bonfire but it's too high to ever get close to breaking

Why didn't from just give every attack poise health. So high poise dagger beats low poise dagger in trades but will always lose to straight sword. High poise ss will beat low poise ss but lose to gs etc.

I don't like that either, which is why I go omni-caster instead. High int/faith/attunement, base everything else. Use sorceries, miracles, pyromancies, and some dark magic in equal measure. Been thinking of using mostly pyromancy and dark sorceries offensively, with sorceries and miracles being a little more utility. Maybe dex at 16 to use demon's scar for a melee alternative without having to fuck about with weight and slot issues.

I did this in DS2, too. It was more successful there, but it works alright in DS3.

Depends. If I use soul sorceries, court sorcerer. Otherwise izalith and crystal chime. It's probably a pretty tough playstyle because you can really get about the same kind of damage with more survivable builds, but it's still fun when you learn to pull it off well. Because fp regen is nonexistent in this game and all spells eat so much fp, I've been exploring through levels mostly while using hidden body, so all spells are used pretty much only on bosses and players.

Noticed something interesting - unfaltering prayer doesn't stop working immediately after casting, gets refreshed and can be used to continuously cast with chime in another hand, effectively giving you nearly unbreakable hyperarmor as long as you can sustain your attack.

Never noticed this before. Faith builds in DS3 are quickly becoming my favourite casting builds after last patches.

But actually if someone wants to toss me some embers in the aldritch zone on PC that'd be grand.
