By deciding if you want to do PvP or PvE.
You NEED other damage circles like Pyro if you're doing the latter.
Magic Missile and FF skills by themselves can work with enough investment (read: anything will), but you want Pyro for your sustained damage.

Transpose is an unnecessary gimmick, and makes you reliant on a pocket healer.
Full CON can hit damage cap (maybe they'll remove it with the revamps?) with JP, and more tricks (Transpose, Ein Sof, etc) is just overkill in PvP.
If you're a PvE INT build you're better off using your Pyro skills since one-shotting mobs with BC is all well and dandy, but in the end it's more efficient to just JP and Fireball.

Based Flesh Cannon, one of my favorite skills of the wizard tree. Ranged (unlike 90% of the wiz stuff).
16 fucking multi-hits so it's a nice damage and it can also destroy diev statues and QS barricades, does decay, has a decent attack mode even at lv 6 (I got the gem!), you can release the skill at lv 1 ultra fast even without quickcast but the damage increase as if you're charging it full during the hits. Plus there's the impact delay that happens when you use another skill after you jump cancel the animation: the hits get delayed but a second later they burst almost all at the same time. Oh and if something cancels your flesh cannon (like a staggering hit), it turns into a free flesh hoop.

It only increases when you're mounting it. It increase your summons attack/phys attack based on your matk, unlike real % damage attributes that increases your skills FINAL damage. If I have 1k matk and my TS has 2k matk, He'll do 2.5k damage with lv 50 attribute, while a real skill enhance attribute would do 3k for the summon alone or 3.7k considering his attack being boosted by my matk as well.

IMO it should fall for the utility category (usually capped at lv 50 and with a different price table.

This is not the only retarded attribute in the game but it's clearly one of the most impaction ones.

I'm on Fedimian server and there's constant queues on it so easy to get in.

This is how much each mob gives exp for level 260 and how much the two final bosses give. It's super fast 3 minute dungeon and easy.

I'd change some of the points around. I don't get the spec at all, but it's your choice. Double Pay Earn is terrible since it's 1 hit per stack. So unless you can kill your mob in 5 hits or less you won't make anything out of it so you need big damage skills for it.

Punish with the new Wild buff is a 10 second stun. Cross Guard increases pierce damage which even if you don't use 2H at all you can sometimes try it out. Wagon wheel is a nice AoE knockback when 3 bashes aren't enough to gather mobs. I'd max weapon assault so it's 100% uptime, but that's up to you.

You'll be kind of underwhelming damage in the end, but you will be able to do some 10k constant crits on cloth mobs if you get a practonium sword 1h to stage 5 or more, especially after rebalance when 1H swords gain a huge buff in damage.

Been reading leveling guides and they just say "Just make both Klaipeda and Orsha quests on your level" but the main quest in Klaipeda is around lvl 50 and the one in Orsha is literally in the beginning telling me how to level up skills.

A friendly tip. There are two 7 day tokens one at lvl15 or so for each character on a new account. Also you can just activate a token, delete a character and level new one. Or at least I suppose so, I didn't try.
