To be clear: I believe that sniping is the best way to go. Full pulling is just a waste of orbs unless you're desperate for inheritance fodder. However, my own logging of my pulls and experimentation with nox makes me think that there's something to what some on /feg/ call "meme math". Of which the basic idea is that the given summon rates apply to all orbs averaged together, not individual pulls.

A way to illustrate this is that if there are no green focus units on a banner the 3% summon rate for focus units obviously won't apply; you have a 0% chance to summon a focus unit if you select a green orb. This is contradictory to the given summon rates, so it's thought that to compensate for cases like this other colors' focus rates will be inflated so that the overall average of all orb colors meets the given 3% rate. Thus, on a banner like the Wyvern one you have a significantly greater chance than 6% to get a 5* if you only choose green orbs

In the Tower, GHBH and Story you'll be facing mostly made up units and in the Arena you're facing a metagame that's mostly composed of Falchion reds 2ith about 35 speed, Blues that completely wreck her or greens that basically boil down to Hector, Nino and the occasional Anna. for the Arena she needs either Life and Death or Fury so she doesn't gets doubled by stuff with 36 speed (protip: Lucina, Lyn, Anna and Nino all have 36 speed without buffs) and/or Swordbreaker so she can actually deal, though that's not necessary on an Flying team.

Even if you get your defenses reduced by LaD, it's far more important to not get doubled.

For her her best IVs would definetly be +Spd as with 41 Spd after LaD will mean she'll be doubling stuff with 36 raw speed. Meaning she herself DOUBLES a neutral speed Lucina. +Atk is also very good, but it might feel overkill.

She definetly wants a more offensive special. Luna, Draconic Aura (15 damage set) for 2 times charge, Reprisal or Moonbow for a 1 time charge. Draconic Aura offers a set 15 damage every time, wheras Luna needs you to fight someone with over 30 defense for that to happen. Reprisal and Moonbow will achieve roughly the same results thanks to Life and Death. Mass Duel simulator favors Moonbow.

for her B slot you can use staples very well, Desperation, Vantage or Quick Riposte. Axebreaker would really only be useful for Anna, matchup she loses if she doesn't has Vantage, by the way. Mass Duel simulator yields best results with Vantage

C is fine as it is, but you can get creative with Threaten Def. If you go with Vantage Deathblow sounds very destructive.

The problem with Swift Sparrow is that it only works on your turn, which is not so fly on a range 1 unit. Range 2 units can worry a lot less about being attacked. Life and Death can actually be defensive since it increases your speed on the enemy turn. Sure Fury does that well too, but Fury damages you badly when you stack it with the battle damage and she might turn into a sitting duck that can't hit anything without dying

Ruby Sword is his default weapon, he probably would do well enough without it though with his Fury bulk, its main benefit is allowing him to easily tank and 1 shot green mages despite his horrific res, which are probably the main reason to use a red right now aside from the buffing utility a lot of the best ones come with.
