It only took 7 plot resets to get her in a good spot too, all around a good move in!

The Mayor aspect really livens up this game. I dropped city folk pretty quickly after I went from it to wild world because I found the animals boring but nothing to do.

New Leaf is great, it may be because I have not played Animal crossing in years but It feels so fresh and familiar at the same time.

There's a lot of polarizing reviews posted on r/animalcrossing (and tumblr), which goes to show just how differently people can view Animal Crossing as a whole. Some simply play it because it was popular at the time (circa 2013 through Sm4sh.) While others play AC because it helps them cope with their anxiety or depression. And some people just like cute animals in a "mindless" game. I know a common complaint as a community, is that the villagers in the game are having their identities more stereotyped, and less individualized. For a longtime player (or advanced interactive spectator in the art of Animal Crossing), this isn't so much a problem, as the earlier development helped develop their characterization. In the extended visual media portion, the Animal Crossing film, this isn't so much a problem; as the canvases are perceivably blank throughout. Think of it as this piece exploring individuality, through the perception of the viewer. You may view the extended visual media portion as a companion, or individual piece, in the Animal Crossing art experience. In comparison, more commercially animated (American) films today, present the characters with one dimensional identities, in which the audience arguably identify them with. Though, their projects are more for commercial gain, than a philosophical, artistic expedition.

The film has a plot "simple enough" for a child to enjoy, while also giving them a palette of metaphysical cosmology. The viewers are left themselves, to appreciate the visual media piece, to their own limits of comprehension.

You scan the card and get the option to either get a piece of furniture or move them in. The nice part is that if you have a fully town you'll get to pick who gets to move out as well.

Nah, the only ones with caravans are the welcome amiibos and the actual figures. All the normal cards just use a basic dialogue menu and are accessed from the magic lamp.

I don't believe that it's actually possible to do that. People scan in the caravans here for furniture but the villagers can't be moved in from anyone but the owner of the card, they can't even be adopted out. Also there's no direct way to scan in a villager for someone else to adopt, so you either have to do it yourself or adopt a villager as per usual.

you can totally adopt a caravan villager if the owner of the card adopts him then puts him in boxes, it's the fueki amiibos the ones that are impossible to adopt via 2nd hand

Been at my sisters over the weekend so haven't been online but my dream address is now ready for visitors and it is looking good! Just need to build the playground and it will be perfect. Please take screens if you visit, I'd love to see them!
