There's kind of a stigma associated with it because of conversion therapy or something, if I understand correctly. You're completely right, though - if they make Jaal bi, it won't be in this game. DOF is actually even worse at Ultra - on anything above medium it gets pixelated, but on low it kinda okay-ish blur.
