Except they're not. Bioware are extremely careful about character's personalities and they're not going to patch someone into another orientation just like that, after the release of the game. It's like officially making Dorian bi. Before the release? Sure, like they cut off romance with Suvi as Scott or added Vetra romance for Sara. Post-release? Never.
Besides, they'll need to rewrite half of the dialogues for Scott because the current version is clearly for females only, make completely new animations for the scenes, rewrite Sahuna's letters and make VA's work on all this stuff again, etc. Too much time, too much money.
