Why did they put the easiest bosses at the end of the game? Rom, The One Reborn, Micolash, Mergo are all stupidely easy compared to Father Gascoigne, BSB, Vicar Amelia. And the optional bosses like Longarius felt the hardest to me.

Could be, but all those bosses are relatively predicatble in their movements.

Rom you just have to kill the spiders which are super slow and evade the blue rocks.
The One Reborn - kill women above and then just smash away without thinking
Micolash - has exactly two attacks that won't hurt you much, it's practically impossible to get one hit killed
Mergo - again no one hit kill and you just need to get behind

The other bosses feel much more unpredictable and have more unforgivable attacks

Bloodborne is so short and relies so largely on optional content that what's "endgame" or "early game" is not that far out of each other.

And a lot of the difficulty is subjective, I killed Amelia on first try whereas my friend struggled, I struggled with Gascoigne a lot and my mate beat him second try.

Replay value in Bloodborne is potentially infinite because of the Chalice Dungeons. Otherwise it depends on how much you feel drawn into the setting. I think the setting is much, much more interesting than DS3's so it invigorates me to shit out more rp characters. I think the build variety is weaker than Souls but I'm having a lot more fun replaying BB thsn the other Souls games.

Well, you see, that gen has an atk down, making it pretty much worthless. What you want is a hp deplete (only if you are using the glyphs with curses halved), or a stam down. Also, arcane abyssals go up to +65, and can also have +15 bolt with it. Now that is the gem you need
