Any greatsword should work since he lowers his head sufficiently for horizontal attacks after his attacks. He isn't like King of the Storm, whose head is always a few feet off the ground. I was hitting him with one-handed BKGS swipes for around 440 per attack, 515 per two-handed vertical.

Otherwise, it's as the other anon said, strike damage. CKGS is good for that, as is FUGS but the latter has been nerfed into oblivion. Great hammers should work too.

Im broke as fuck, too. Just go to skidrow and get the one that's called The Ringed City (put dark souls into the search bar and it'll be the first result). There's a torrent but i think it's busted or no seeders or something, it was taking ages, so i just downloaded the separate 6 parts through browser and it was done in an hour. When you have it download, mount it (just mount part 1 if you downloaded it in parts) and run the install .exe. After that, put the crack in the game folder and you're golden, runs great works fine.

From Software games don't have "scripts" like common cinematic games do, because they don't have a linear story or cutscenes.

Look at the credits for the games. They don't have credited writers, only designers/programmers/planners/directors. The English scripts are outsourced to other companies (like Frognation).

Seething Chaos is a great utility pyromancy for PvE and for creating space to get off a heal. Also a nice new curved sword which combo's R1's into combustion and blackflame.

There's several possible reasons for that, but I think what actually matters is that the DLC really didn't do anything to address them.
